Fits 1997-2003 Dodge Dakota.

This tubular transmission crossmember replaces the factory stamped steel unit found in the 1997-2003 Dodge Dakota with the A500/A518, 42/44/46 RE/RH transmission.

• It takes up less space than the OEM unit.
• Allows more room for headers/exhaust, and better access to the transmission.
• Cleaner, less cluttered appearance.
• Weighs less than the OEM crossmember.
• For use with old-style 727 transmission mount.  Can also utilize the optional heavy-duty poly mount.  (Shown.)
• Optional mounting tabs for attaching the HiPoTek X-brace for improved handling and off-the-line performance. (Shown.)
• Powder coated black.
