Fits regular cab and extended cab with automatic or manual transmission.  Uncertain if will fit 4x4.

Even though the truck has leaf springs, under extreme side load, such as hard cornering, the axle still shifts from side-to-side. This set-up locks the axle in place and improves handling. It is designed with clearance for the exhaust, a differential cover/girdle such as LPW...as well as the spare tire.
