The HiPoTek 50mm throttle body is recommended for Dodge 5.2/5.9 stock or towing.  Better performance throughput the entire rpm range.

This is a precision throttle body machined on a mill and lathe, which provides true and identical matching bores, that can’t be obtained modifying the throttle body by hand, or partially by hand and partially by machine.  It has smooth bores; custom machined (not OEM stamped) T6061 aluminum throttle plates; milled throttle plate shaft for increased air flow and strength, and to prevent flexing or possible breakage under boost applications; and, stainless steel low profile button head throttle plate screws.  Bad and worn bearings are replaced with new sealed bearings. 

The Throttle Body Core Charge Options (71621): 

•  Send Own Core to HiPoTek First for Marching: The HiPoTek throttle body will NOT be processed until your core is received. (There is a longer lead time with this option).
•  Pay Refundable Core Charge First and Send own Core for a refunded core charge later: (This option has a shorter lead time).

You can ship your throttle body to HiPoTek first for modifications, or, buy a unit outright plus the refundable core charge. When you later send HiPoTek your throttle body core (identical to what you bought in good, usable, unmodified condition, without damage, and with all sensors and brackets removed) The core charge you already paid for will be refunded once your core has been received by HiPoTek, and it is verified that the core you sent back is usable, unmodified, and without damage. The condition will be checked right away and an immediate refund will be sent if it fits the criteria specified above. HiPoTek will not pay the return shipping if the core does not meet this criterion. Acceptable cores must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for the core charge refund.  You must also obtain an RMA number from HiPoTek in order to return the core.

There is an approximate lead time of 2-3 weeks.
