Big block: 383s, 400s, 413s, 426s, and 440s can produce considerable power.

Can use some OEM exhaust manifolds. The exhaust manifolds used in the mock-up are the 1962 -1965 B-body. The passenger's side is part #2205898. The driver's side can use just about any passenger car exhaust manifold. Header's will require some fabrication. The Schumacher Tri-Y headers should also fit if available.
Can use Milodon 30895 oil pan with Milodon 18455 pick-up. The Milodon 4X4 pan may also be used by shortening the sump approximately 2" to obtain a sump length from back to front of 6".
The 1987 to 1989 models require an electric fan. There is sufficient room in front of the radiator for a fan if the center grill support bracket behind the grill is removed.
