Fits 1993-2001 Dodge Ram.  Works with 727 small block and 727 big block transmissions. 

This tubular transmission crossmember replaces the factory stamped steel unit found in the 1993-2001 Dodge Ram with the A518, 46RE transmission.  It allows you to use a 904/727 transmission for racing applications. Uncertain if it fits 4 x 4.
