This conversion crossmember allows you to convert an X-Brace used on a 1997-2000 Dakota for use on a 2001-2004 Dakota.  

The 1997-2000 CC/QC Dakota came with a “center bearing” crossmember from the factory. The 2001-2004 Dakota didn’t come with a “center bearing” crossmember from the factory.  Therefore, in order to use an X-brace previously used on a 1997-2000 Dakota on a 2001-2004 Dakota, the conversion crossmember is required.

Powder coated black. No need to drill holes. Uses existing holes in frame.
